Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is offered to all employees of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. It offers free, confidential short-term counseling and referral for a variety of problems, including stress, marital/family issues, depression and anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse programs, grief and financial or legal difficulties.
Pre-Employment Procedures
The following procedures must be completed before becoming an employee of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children:
- Health screening examination (provided)
- Immunization status documentation or titers
- Tuberculosis testing (provided)
- Drug testing*
*St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is a drug-free workplace. A positive drug test or testing refusal will preclude employment.
