St. Christopher's Hospital for Children Teams up with the Philadelphia Phillies

St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is proud to announce it is teaming up with the Philadelphia Phillies to advance children’s health. Together, the Phillies and St. Christopher’s will promote the hospital’s exceptional pediatric experts and programs both at the ballpark and around the region.

The Phillies’ new left fielder and power hitter, Raul Ibanez, will serve as spokesperson for the hospital and make a series of appearances at St. Christopher’s throughout the season. Ibanez, who is married with four children, is known off the field for his dedication to community service and children’s health.

Throughout the 2009 season, the St. Chris logo will be featured on the Phillies video board along with batter stats during a portion of every home game, and the hospital’s television commercials will be shown during publicly televised games in the latter part of the season.
