If you are the parent of a patient or guarantor and need to inquire about your account, please call the phone number on your statement or bill. If you have misplaced your statement or bill, you may call (800) 967-4767 or (714) 704-4000 for help in determining whom to contact.

A receptionist is available to direct your call Monday though Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, excluding major holidays. A representative will be glad to help direct you to the correct person to help you understand billing questions.
