St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children now offers a walk-in urgent care center–the first of its kind in the region to specialize in pediatrics: St. Chris Pediatric Urgent Care in Jenkintown.

With walk-in access after business hours and experienced pediatric doctors always on site, St. Chris Pediatric Urgent Care provides convenient, high-quality, pediatric health care services for situations that require immediate medical treatment–like high fevers, spreading rashes, or broken collarbones, and is a quality alternative to the hospital emergency room when your pediatrician is closed.

Our urgent care center treats patients from infancy to 18 years of age no matter how small the concern. With pediatricians trained in emergency medicine and x-ray services always on site, St. Chris Pediatric Urgent Care is designed to get your kids seen, get them stable and get them back home–all with much shorter wait times and lower copays than the hospital emergency room (we accept most insurances). 

St. Chris Pediatric Urgent Care is a partner to your primary care pediatrician. All diagnoses, treatment details and follow-up plans are sent directly to your child’s pediatrician the next business day so he or she can continue your child’s care.
