Spinal Disorders
St. Christopher’s Orthopedic Center provides evaluation and a spectrum of treatment for children and adolescents with spinal disorders, including scoliosis and spondylolisthesis. The center features an active and successful non-operative program of bracing for spinal deformities that includes customized braces and an orthotist.
The members of the spinal deformity team have decades of experience treating children and adolescents with spinal deformities and strive to provide successful and safe treatment by non-operative and operative interventions. The surgical intervention for treatment of spinal deformity by our orthopedic team is complemented by an experienced team of pediatric anesthesiologists, pediatric intensivists and pediatric surgical nurses.
