Foot and Ankle Program

St. Christopher’s Orthopedic Center provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of problems of the foot and ankle, as the result of injury, infection, tumor or neurologic disorders, in children and adolescents.

Orthopedic Surgeon Juan A. Realyvasquez, MD, has successfully utilized the Ponseti casting technique for the treatment of clubfoot deformity and has significantly reduced the need for surgical treatment. Non-operative treatment may involve the use of customized orthotics that are recommended and personally evaluated by Dr. Realyvasquez. When surgical treatment of foot and ankle disorders is indicated, Dr. Realyvasquez brings more than 30 years of experience and skill to each consult. Appointments are available at St. Christopher’s main campus and our Center City office.

For more information or to schedule appointments at any of our offices, call (215) 427-3131.
